How We Protect Your Information

We use HTTPS, restricted service credentials, access controls, input validation, bot protection, and security monitoring to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or misuse. Our service providers encrypt data in transit and provide additional infrastructure safeguards. However, no internet service is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How Long We Keep Your Information

Contact-form messages are generally retained in our business email for up to two years unless we need them longer for an active customer relationship, legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation. Provider security and delivery logs follow the providers' applicable retention periods. We review retained contact messages at least annually and delete information that is no longer needed. You may request earlier deletion, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to protect against spam and bots. Turnstile processes browser, device, network, and interaction signals and may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security. We use Turnstile results and security analytics only to protect the form, not for advertising. This data is processed according to Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Service Providers and International Processing

Cloudflare, Resend, and Google may process information in the United States and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Their privacy terms and data-processing commitments govern that processing. If applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards and data processing terms.
